why do professionals keep letting us down

Y oh Y oh Y do we continually get let down by the so called professionals.... does any one CARE about these kids anymore.... the "system" has let our family down sooooo bad... but no one seems to give a dam.......... after months of fighting for help, we had some for a while now everyone has dissapeared. These kids dont get better there needs grow with them. All i want is my daughter to be understood by the education system and HELP!!!!!
